Help healthy habit formation. Many sociologists and philosophers say if you do something for 21 days it becomes a habit. Create a 21-day program for your children and incorporate the program into their daily routine. Use a wall chart or app tracker and incorporate a worthwhile incentive for completing the entire program. It’s a win-win process that will give your little ones an incentive to complete the program with an outcome that should result in the formation of an ongoing healthy habit. Waking up, snack time and bedtime won’t be the same without completing their new brushing and flossing routine.
