Of course the best advice for maintaining a healthy smile is to adopt a daily dental routine and stick to it no matter what. Brushing at least twice and day is common sense but flossing can also really benefit your teeth by removing anything stuck between your teeth that could be eating away at your tooth enamel. By taking good care of your teeth on a daily basis you not only improve your smile but you also cut down on the chances of cavities and other unwanted oral health problems. But remember, if you want to maintain a healthy smile, a daily dental routine should go hand in hand with regular check ups at your local dentist.
